What is The Process?
- You Choose your card Design and Color.
- Confirm your order by filling out ‘The Order Confirmation Form’ and make the Order Confirmation Payment.
- We Laser Engrave the design you chose on your Premium Metal Card.
- Then we Transfer the EMV Chip from your old Plastic Card to your New Metal Card and your card is ready.
- Lastly We send your New Metal Card along your old Plastic Card.
Do I Need to Send My Card?
When you send your card we transfer the EMV Chip from your Plastic Card to Your New Metal Card.
1. Send the Card to EngraveBD Workshop for professional transfer of your EMV Chip from Plastic Card. Also, if you transfer the chip by us we will be able to replace the chip in the future as we use special adhesive for the chip installation. (Recommended)
2. Transfer the Chip Yourself. ( A Chip Transfer Manual will be sent to you with your Metal Card. )
How Do I Send My Card to Engrave BD?
You can send your card to us via any courier of your choice. (We prefer Shundarban Courier)
Where is my card going?
We bring your Card from the Courier, Straight to our Secure, Locked and Monitored Workshop. All Orders are proccessed and fullfilled the Same-Day of of receiving your card.
How Long Does It Take?
On average, the total turnaround time is 2-4 business days!
Once you ship your card, it will take 1-3 days to arrive at our facility.
We fulfil your order the SAME DAY of receiving!
We specialize in quick service to ensure you are without your card for the least amount of time possible!
Will My Card Work In ATMs?
Great question!
While our metal cards are designed for stylish transactions, there are a few considerations when it comes to ATMs and certain machines.
ATM Usage:
Using metal cards in ATMs or machines that require full card insertion isn’t recommended. The robustness of the metal card can pose an issue in some machines, potentially leading to card ejection problems. We advise using the metal card only in machines where part of the card remains exposed, allowing for easy retrieval if needed.
However, your original plastic card can still be used in ATMs without the EMV chip. The magnetic strip on your plastic card will be read by the ATM machines. So, for ATM transactions, your plastic card or smartphone are the preferred options.
Functionality Assurance:
Rest assured, your new metal card works everywhere your plastic card does. The only difference is the housing of the EMV chip, which is now in metal rather than plastic. Remember, the heart of your card is the EMV chip, not the material around it.
Is My Information Safe?
Your personal card information is never stored, displayed, or viewed by any person(s) other than the Payment Compliance Certified staff of Engraven.
Your card WILL NOT be charged by EngraveBD during the upgrade process. We recommend you temporarily “freeze / lock” your card before shipping it to us.
How Do I Get a Custom Design?
Any design is possible!
Have an idea? Need some help? After you place an order, Work with one of our in-house designers to get a preview of what your card will look like. Custom Designs Cost an Extra 300tk for 1 Design.
What is Card Care?
Yes, we’ve got you covered with our exclusive “Card Care” option available during checkout for an additional 1299tk.
Here’s What You Get:
- Free Replacements & Upgrades: Opting for Card Care means you’re entitled to up to one free card replacements and upgrades within a two-year period. That’s our commitment to ensuring your payment experience remains seamless.
- Qualification: To enjoy these benefits, make sure to select the Card Care option during your purchase. You can purchase card care within 7 days of your original purchase. It’s a simple step that ensures you’re eligible for the coverage.
- Shipping & Handling: For every replacement order, there’s a 159tk shipping and handling fee for each occurrence, while international orders will have a $55 fee. It’s a small price for hassle-free service.

You might find yourself needing a new card for various reasons, including expiration, loss, theft, damage, and more. With Card Care, you’re prepared for whatever life throws your way.

What's Your Warranty?
Certainly! We stand by the quality of our products.
EngraveBD provides a warranty for the ORIGINAL purchased defective card, valid for 7 days from the received date by Customer.
Please note that our warranty covers specific instances of defects. These include scenarios where:
– The magnetic strip detaches from the metal card
– The EMV chip becomes nonfunctional and isn’t being read by card machines. It’s important to ensure the issue is consistent across various card readers before reaching out to us.
However, it’s essential to clarify that our warranty does not extend to situations involving lost, damaged, or stolen cards. Unfortunately, replacements cannot be provided for these cases.
We’re committed to your satisfaction and will promptly address any valid warranty claims within the specified time frame.
What if My Bank Re-issues a Debit or Credit Card due to any banking issue?
No worries, we’ve got you covered.
If your bank decides to re-issue your debit or credit card within the initial 7 days from when you received your card, due to any issue, We will transfer the new chip from the New Card to your metal card.(We will be able to replace the Chip only when you have transfered the Chip by us in the first time.) Your peace of mind is our priority!
What's The Return Policy?
We will re-confirm everything from Design to Card Details before we go on to Start Laser Engraving your Metal Card. Only when you give the greenlight is when we Engrave your card.
As the cards contain your name and Card Details we can not Re-sell the card or keep your card. For that reason, we DO NOT offer any refund/return for your card.
All sales are final when we have Finalised and Laser Engraved Your Card.
